NORFOLK - The second segment of the Admirals Skills Showdown concluded on Monday evening at Chilled Ponds Ice Sports Complex in Chesapeake. Over 45 participants registered to show off their hockey skills, meet Admirals players Brandon Bochenski, Jay Rosehill and Juraj Simek, and take part in the four-event competition on the ice.
Players ranging in age 6 to 18 competed against each other and the clock, in hope of securing a spot in the first-ever Admirals Skills Showdown final on December 27, held at Norfolk Scope. There were some tight races during the evening with three division winners separated by a mere 3 points. Congratulations go out to all the participants for making this a successful event.
First and second place finishers among players are awarded a spot in the finals, as well as the top goaltender from each of the eight divisions. The finalists are:

Pee Wee House Players: 1st Henry Bradley, 2nd Phoenix Dreer

All winners will be notified by the Admirals and instructions for the Finals will be given then.
