"We've had one game to gel as a unit," said head coach Darren Rumble. "Obviously special teams was an issue, so we need to buckle down and work hard this week."
The Admirals power play went 0-4 in Hershey while the Bears went 3-6 on the night, but Rumble has confidence in his players and does not want to over analyze last weekend’s loss.
"We don't want to get too wrapped up in the other night," said Rumble. "Sometimes you can get analysis paralysis."
Overall, Rumble had good things to say about the 5 v. 5 play as well as his rookie goaltender Dustin Tokarski (photo at right), who made 29 saves on 32 shots in his professional debut.
"We have a really good group of guys that really want to win," said Rumble. "We just need to buckle down on the power play and up our intensity on Friday night."
