TICKET SERVICES MANAGER

Duties include:

  • All ticketing needs for season seat members and groups – to include the printing of tickets, maintaining accounts in Ticketmaster Classic, coding)
  • All ticketing reports for club ownership, the president of the club and ECHL
  • Developing and maintaining spreadsheets for sales and reports
  • Work closely with business manager to make sure that all numbers reconcile with the books
  • Keep comp ticket list records from game to game
  • Run the will call area in the Scope Box Office on all game nights
  • Familiarity with and maintaining accounts within the Archtics system
  • Working knowledge of Sales Force CRM system

  • Ability to answer the phone and take orders when necessary
  • Maintain good working relationship with the Scope Box Office

CORPORATE PARTERNSHIPS MANAGER

Duties include:

  • Responsible for prospecting, selling, cultivating and maintaining the sponsorships, advertising and corporate partnerships for both new and existing business
  • Responsible for soliciting new cash partnerships
  • Responsible for achieving established sales goals and budgets as set by the President & Owner.
  • Responsible for overseeing, coordinating and executing corporate partnership fulfillment
  • Responsible for servicing all corporate sponsorships through direct contact, and corporate partner gatherings
  • Responsible for creating new client initiatives to better serve the corporate partners
  • Responsible for the design of proposals and presentations for potential corporate partners
  • Responsible for creation/implementation of new ideas/opportunities that drive revenue
  • Work with the marketing department on opportunities to cross sell corporate partners
  • Responsible for tracking prospective sales and inventory throughout the season
  • Responsible for working and attending events, promotions and Sales and Marketing events
  • Other duties as assigned

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5-9 years experience in sales preferably in the collegiate or professional sports marketplace, or with an Arena or special event venue.
  • Knowledge of advanced sales and marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications & Salesforce.
  • Ability to work nights, all events, weekends, events and holidays as required.

Compensation:

  • Depends on experience and qualifications.
  • Salary + Commissions
